Nutritional advice by Lutz Lucas, Personal Training Bonn

Many people today are overweight due to little exercise and problematic eating (or drinking) habits. This situation oftentimes results in low self-esteem and reduced confidence.

In addition people often underestimate the importance of a balanced diet for the sake of a better fitness state. It is quite common that people believe regular exercise by itself will suffice to reach the desired result of physical fitness. What they are overlooking is that there is a close relationship between fitness and adequate and balanced nutrition. In case you are looking for optimal results you will have to follow certain eating habits just as you are doing with exercise.

Because nutrition is not only relevant for those of you who want to lose weight but also to those who want to improve their state of fitness I have included training customers to eat healthily in my program for personal training customers. Here the focus does not lie on radical dieting advice but rather on: The result of my nutritional advice is that every customer who has invested between 60 to 90 minutes of their time for a personal consultation will know what to eat, when to eat and how to eat to reach their personal goals may they be losing weight or increasing their physical fitness.

I am looking forward to speaking to you about nutrition in the near future. As my favorite saying goes: "Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym!"
